Four business functions, one Dynamics 365 platform

A client running four business functions on four disconnected systems — finance and operations, customer relationships, HR, and document control — asked us to bring them onto one platform. We implemented ERP, CRM, HR management and document management on Microsoft Dynamics 365, so that a customer record, an invoice, an employee file and the document that supports them all live under one data model and one set of permissions. The client is not named here under confidentiality.
