Creative Solutions appoints URA Smart Solutions to lead its digital transformation program

Creative Solutions has appointed URA Smart Solutions to lead its digital transformation program — a multi-project engagement that will change how the company plans, sells, delivers and reports, not just which software it licenses.

The program opens with two workstreams running in parallel.

Zoho One, implemented as one system

Creative Solutions is moving onto Zoho One as a single operating platform rather than a collection of disconnected apps. The first phase covers CRM, finance and project delivery, with a shared data model underneath so that a client record, a quotation, a project and an invoice all refer to the same thing. URA is handling process design, configuration, data migration and user adoption end to end.

Microsoft 365, used to its full potential

Most organisations use a fraction of what they already pay Microsoft for. The second workstream activates the rest of the Creative Solutions estate — document management and version control, governed collaboration, workflow automation, meeting capture and reporting — so that the licences already in place start carrying real operational weight.

Business first, technology second

Both workstreams start from business objectives rather than product features. Every configuration decision traces back to something measurable: a faster quote-to-cash cycle, fewer handoffs between teams, a single reliable view of pipeline and project health. That is the standard URA holds itself to on every engagement, and it is the reason the two platforms are being implemented as one program rather than two separate projects.

What comes next

Zoho One and Microsoft 365 are the first phase. Further projects are already scoped for delivery across the remainder of the program, and we will share progress as each milestone lands.
